Failing to yield to traffic on through highway has led to a charge being laid and three people being taken to hospital. On Monday, around Noon, OPP were called to the intersection of Luffman Road and Marlbank Road in Tweed. They determined that a truck headed south on Luffman Road stopped then went through the intersection striking a van headed east on Marlbank Road. A 68 year-old Marlbank man was charged with failing to yield. The injured were treated at hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
