The Chief Administrative Officer for Centre Hastings has resigned to take up the CAO position in Hastings Highlands. According to Quinte News, Pat Pilgrim has served notice of her intentions at Centre Hastings Council on Wednesday night. The switch is set to take place in three weeks.
