The Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board is back for another year of its Great Place Awards, recognizing students, volunteers and organizations that make school fun. It’s the 14th year of the awards and anyone can be nominated – students, board employees, parents/guardians, volunteers and community groups. The deadline to nominate someone who makes a difference in student life at the HPEDSB is 4:30 p.m. on May 1. Winners will be honoured at a board meeting in Belleville May 25.
