A Belleville man was held in custody for a bail hearing recently after the OPP got a report about someone receiving unwanted social media messages. The Centre Hastings OPP say a man was posting comments online, despite there being a court order for him not to contact the victim. The 30-year old man was arrested and charged for failing to comply with his recognizance.
