A couple events are coming up for people to learn about North Hastings High School.
NHHS is hosting its Grade 8 Night on Wednesday, Jan. 17. It’s for students who may be at the school already – in its intermediate division – or attending a feeder school and are set to enter Grade 9 in the fall.
The event starts at 6 p.m., with a presentation in the gym. After, families can tour the school, meet teachers and learn about high school courses they can select.
And, on Thursday, Jan. 19, the Northern Outdoor Studies program will host its open house in Room 109 of the school. The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. and the draw for the fundraising raffle will take place at 8 p.m. Students will be showcasing skills they’ve learned in the program.
