People behind the Back the Cat campaign are rolling the dice with a new event.
It’s called the North of 007 Casino Royale fundraiser.
It takes place on Saturday, June 10 at 6 p.m. at the Bancroft Curling Club. Tickets are $100 each.
The North Hastings Fund Development Committee calls it the most important event of its year, as it works to raise funds to bring a CT – or Cat – Scanner to North Hastings Hospital. It will feature casino games, music, food and dancing.
The Back the Cat campaign is calling on the community to raise the final $300,000 in an overall $2.5 million drive.
