A new survey intends to help businesses learn more about the labour market.
The Centre for Workforce Development (CFWD) has launched its Employer One Survey and is asking businesses throughout Hastings County to participate.
The survey is available at cfwd.ca and takes about 10 minutes to complete. It will be up until Feb. 2.
The survey covers a range of topics, including how COVID-19 has impacted the workforce, projected vacancies, hiring intentions and recruiting strategies.
The survey will generate data that will help the CFWD understand workforce challenges and opportunities.
