There are no injuries after a fire in downtown Bancroft last night according to Deputy Fire Chief Matt Musclow.
He says the fire department was dispatched at 2 a.m. for a possible structure fire in the downtown core.
All three stations responded and crews were able to quickly contain the fire.
According to the fire department, the damage was contained to the rear of one building at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
