Municipalities in the region are asking people to stay off the ice on outdoor rinks during this weeks mild weather.
Both outdoor rinks in Barry’s Bay and Combermere are closed until further notice, as well as the rinks in Hastings Highlands, including Maynooth, Lake St. Peter and Birds Creek.
Municipalities ask that people stay off the rinks in order to protect the ice surface.
