MooseFM caught up with Ex-Navy member Dave who was on his way to vote at the Bancroft Legion.
Concerns on his radar were taxes and jobs and how he felt they were impacted by immigration.
“My taxes keep going up and I don’t get anything else for my tax dollars. Streetlights. Whoopeee.”
Dave also said he wasn’t a fan of legalizing cannabis.
“As far as I’m concerned we legalized pot and turned a whole generation into pot heads.”he said laughing.
While on his way into the voting station, Dave shared that he served in the Navy adding, “a lot of people died for this right.”
“There aren’t many of us left”.
