A night of live music and dancing is in store tonight at the Bancroft Legion Branch 181.
Local band Ripchord will headline the Spring Fling Dance, performing blues-rock covers from artists including Cream, Colin James and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
“It’s Spring Fling — you come out, you dance, you listen, and you have a great time,” said Larran Thompson, communications officer for the Legion.
Tickets are $15 and available at the Legion bar.
The performance comes ahead of Ripchord’s upcoming show at the Village Playhouse later this month.
