An ATV driver from Hastings Highlands is facing multiple charges after an incident on the weekend.
Just after 9 p.m. on Sunday, Bancroft officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the Lake Saint Peter area.
One person was arrested for impaired driving and taken to the detachment for further testing.
The accused is now facing three charges including impaired operation and taking a motor vehicle without consent.
They are scheduled to appear in court in June.
