R.I.D.E Stop Catches Under-age Impaired Driver

A new driver will be walking for a while. A 17 year-old Kaladar youth was stopped at a RIDE check In Tweed and found to have been drinking. The charge was a Novice Driver with a Blood Alcohol Concentration above Zero. New or Novice drivers are not allowed to have any trace of alcohol in their blood when driving. He lost his licence for three days and his car was towed.
