A 42-year-old Bancroft resident was charged with impaired driving related offences after a traffic stop on Monday night.
OPP said they responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on Highway 28 South at about 7 p.m.
Officers stopped the vehicle on Monck Street.
Charges include operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs. A 90-day license suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment were initiated.
