A Bancroft man has been charged for drinking and driving.
It happened on Highway 62 in Bancroft on the early evening of March 11th.
Bancroft OPP says the man was seen driving dangerously, and pulled over. The 29-year-old was found to be drinking, and has now been charged with driving over the legal limit, driving with a hand held device, and carrying open liquor.
He is set to appear in Bancroft court next Tuesday.
