Bancroft OPP is investigating a theft at a residence on Mill Street. On May 6th, around 11:30 p.m., two men forced their way into a home where a man living there was restrained by one of the suspects while the other searched the residence. Some cash and a cell phone was stolen. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Bancroft OPP or Crime Stoppers.
