Madoc OPP had a busy weekend. On Friday afternoon they were called to an all-terrain vehicle collision on the Hastings Heritage Trail approximately 1.5 kilometres south of Quin-mo-lac Road. The driver, a 44 year-old Burlington man, suffered only minor injuries. Then early Saturday morning, officers charged a 19 year-old Napanee man with Consuming Liquor in Other Than Licenced Premises, Residence or Private Place, after he was found drinking in the backseat of a pickup truck parked on the road.
