Centre Hastings OPP is investigating a suspicious person complaint. On Wednesday Madoc OPP is looking for a suspicious man who was watching school children from a car using binoculars. Police received the report on Wednesday afternoon after students informed a school staff member. The suspect left the area quickly, driving west on Madoc Street. The man is describes as between 40 and 60 years of age, wearing a black ball cap and a black t-shirt. He was driving a new, black 4-door car with a silver stripe along the side.
