Don’t Leave Your Pets in Hot Vehicles

With the hot days of summer, animal welfare groups, veterinarians and the police are warning against leaving pets in cars. The heat in a vehicle can climb very quickly and pets cannot stay cool. Police can break into locked cars to rescue animals in distress and this can lead to charges against the owners. Play it safe and leave your pets at home on hot days.
