The Kamaniskeg and Area Property Owners Association is asking the Township of Madawaska Valley to investigate redefining the municipality’s borders.
Council will hear from KAPOA this afternoon on the subject of parts of the former Bangor Township area currently in Hastings Highlands becoming part of the Madawaska Valley.
Council will also be hearing over 50 recommendations from its Finance and Administration Committee as the time is approaching for municipal budget approval.
Council is meeting at 4:00pm this afternoon in Barry’s Bay.
