A special weather statement has been issued for the area, calling for lots of rain.
Environment Canada says up to 50 millimetres of rain could fall between tonight and tomorrow night.
Some communities could also be in store for multiple thunderstorms, although there is still some uncertainty as to where they will develop.
The special weather statement is in effect for Bancroft, Hastings Highlands, and Denbigh.
