If you want to try your hand at fishing in the North Hastings area this weekend, you can do it for free.
The province says you won’t need a licence to go fishing anywhere in Ontario from Canada Day to July 9th. But, you do have to follow the rules and stick to the daily limits to help protect the province’s fish population.
