Environment Canada has downgraded a severe thunderstorm warning for the Bancroft area to a severe thunderstorm watch.
The weather agency says dangerous thunderstorms could develop this evening, which could cause damaging wind, hail, and torrential rain.
There is also the risk of a tornado.
