Saturday is the day to “fill a cruiser.” In both Haliburton and Minden, the OPP and their Auxiliary Unit will be collecting food for the local food bank. You can help by going to to Dollo’s Foodland from from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or to Easton’s Independent Grocer from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Minden, or to Park’s Foodland from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or to Todd’s Independent Grocer from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., in Haliburton. All the collected food will stay in the local communities.
