A second man has been arrested and charged in the theft and burning of a pick up truck. On October 20th, Bancroft OPP got a report of a GMC pickup truck having been stolen from a driveway on Harley Road in Bancroft. The truck was discovered the next day on a trail in Bancroft. It had been burned. The first suspect, a 19 year-old Bancroft man, was arrested and charged in November. The second suspect, a 20 year-old Peterborough man, was arrested and charged with theft over $5,000 and arson.
