The Trillium Lakelands District School Board held its inaugural meeting on Tuesday. All the trustees from the City of Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton County, and the District of Muskoka were sworn into office, and Louise Clodd was acclaimed as Chair of the Board, while John Byrne was elected as Vice Chair of the Board for 2015. The next Committee of the Whole meeting will be in Minden on January 13th.
