The additional nominee needed to fill out Bancroft Council has been found.
Three people put their names down to run for Ward 2 in Dungannon. William Wellwood, George Eastman and Valerie Miles are the nominees. This means they will have their names on the Municipal election ballot to decide who takes the final Councillor spot. Only voters in Dungannon will be able to vote to decide who takes the seat.
Wayne Wiggins, Tracy McGibbon and Andra Kauffeldt were acclimated to Council for Ward 1 earlier this week, while Charles Mullett and Barry McGibbon will be acclimated as Councillors in Ward 2.
Incumbent Mayor Paul Jenkins and Councillor Mary Kavanagh will be the candidates on the ballot for Mayor of Bancroft.
The Municipal election is October 22nd.
