One of the main things that was discussed was better communication with the residents of the Municipality. This includes better use of social media and a new website. The new website will have profiles on the Managers and detail what they do and what to contact them about.

The management team will meet on a weekly basis to review cooperate operations.

Mayor Paul Jenkins mentioned that this plan is more responsible to the needs of the public.

The cost of the new plan is undetermined. Mayor Paul Jenkins said that it will be known by the time the 2019 operating budget is released. However, he said that will be done under the new Council.

Council voted and approved to prepare a report with the recommended next steps that will be sent and read at the next Council meeting.
