A Richmond Hill man is facing charges of speeding and using a speed measuring device after being pulled over by Centre Hastings OPP early Tuesday morning.
OPP say the vehicle was caught speeding at 122km/hr in an 80 km/h zone of Highway 7 near KOA Campground Road.  The officer also found a radar detector in the 40-year old man’s vehicle.
