The night of October 12th was a busy one for Bancroft OPP.

Police say they received several calls for service during that day from across the Bancroft area. Incidents included break and enters, thefts, mischief and assault. Investigation into these incidents led to the arrest of a 24-year-old man from Scarborough.

He has been charged with two counts of break and enter, two counts of theft, two counts of assault, two counts of trespassing, two counts of mischief, three counts of causing a disturbance. In addition, he is charged with possession of property obtained by crime, forcible entry, and uttering threats. Finally, the man has been charged with five counts of failure to comply with probation.
