The Village Playhouse is getting a lot of use this spring.
The Tweed and Company Theatre say they have several shows ready for the next few months. Their new concert series will kick off with Long Range Hustle playing their new album on May 7th. On May 21st, Bancroft’s own opera singer Hannah Crawford will perform. They will also host the Michael Boguski Trio on May 22nd. The North Hastings Community Choir will finish off the month with their presentation: Why We Sing.
On June 4th, Johnny Cash tribute band Covered in Cash will be playing. In time for Pride Month, Canada Drag Race star BOA and Friends will be in town on June 11th. The month will finish off with Bancroft band the Fitzgeralds.
Tickets range from $17 to $35, and package deals are available for those who want to see the whole spring concert series. Tickets are available on the Tweed and Company website.
