This past fall local car dealerships Boyer and Vance Motors donated 10$ for every vehicle they sold.
They were part of 25 participating “Cars For Community” dealerships across Hastings Prince Edward county.
The amount was announced in a cheque reveal event on February 20th and all the money raised will go to local organizations.
The event is in its 5th year
Lianne Sauter from Vance motors said they were happy to participate again in the Cars for Community initiative that contributes to programs supporting area residents.
