Central Hastings OPP have laid charges in an impaired driving investigation.
Last Thursday at 6:20 p.m., police received a report of a possible impaired driver near the intersection of Matthew Street and Forsyth Street in Marmora, along Highway 7.
The driver was located, arrested and transported to the detachment for testing.
A Marmora resident, age 73, was charged with operation while impaired.
The accused’s driver’s license was suspended for 90 days and their vehicle impounded for seven days.
