This Easter long weekend will see the OPP out enforcing seatbelt use as part of their campaign for safe driving. Nine people have died this year as a result of not buckling-up. Police are also reminding drivers to respect and obey Ontario’s “Move Over” law when approaching a stopped emergency vehicle. You must slow down, and if the road has two or more lanes, drivers must move over into another lane, if it can be done safely.
