A 29-year-old accused of being involved in stealing a snowmobile in Carlow-Mayo will be back in court again next Tuesday.
John Bradley Geen was in Bancroft court yesterday to speak to the five charges he faces.
The Tudor and Cashel man will be in court with the three other people accused in the case next week.
He tells the judge he still waiting for disclosure papers in the case.
