Highlands East has a new Chief Administrative Officer/Treasurer.
Shannon Hunter is from Gooderham and is the former CAO for the Township of North Kawartha. She is a Certified Municipal Officer with 24 years of experience and a Municipal Management Executive Diploma.
Hunter begins her new job November 9th.
