The Peterborough County OPP is reminding drivers warm weather does not mean speeding is allowed.
This comes after police clocked three vehicles in Peterborough County driving over 50 kms above the posted speed limits over the weekend. Constable Jason Folz says there are heavy penalties if you’re caught stunt driving.
Folz says speeding can be especially dangerous in the area, because of wildlife.
Folz reminds drivers the faster you go, the more demerit points and fines you will get if you’re caught.
