Crowe Valley Conservation Authority reinstates flood outlook statement

The Crowe Valley Conservation Authority has issued a flood outlook statement for its area.

This extends into parts of Highlands East, North Kawartha, Faraday, Wollaston, Limerick, and Tudor and Cashel. The conservation authority says this is an early notice of the potential for flooding based on weather forecasts.

As of Tuesday, a flood warning has been issued for the Bancroft area by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. The MNRF is reminding you to keep an eye on water conditions, and be extremely cautious near fast-moving rivers and streams, and when using forest access roads.
