Crowe Valley Conservation Authority issues flood warning

The Crowe Valley Conservation Authority has issued a flood warning for waterways in its area.

It extends into parts of Highlands East, North Kawartha, Faraday, Wollaston, Limerick, and Tudor and Cashel. The conservation authority says the warning means flooding is imminent or happening in some waterways or municipalities.

A flood warning is also in effect for the entire Bancroft area by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. The MNRF says flooding is possible in low-lying areas near the York, Madawaska, Burnt, Black, and Irondale rivers.
