Local grocery shoppers have helped raise thousands of dollars for North Hastings hospital during the Round Up charity event at Bancroft’s Pepin’s No Frills. Shoppers were asked to round up to the next nearest number last week.
The totals have now been released; the charity Round Up raised $8,764.60 for North Hastings Hospital. The money will be put towards buying an OMNICELL unit and helping to support triage renovations.
