A man has been arrested for impaired driving after an ATV crash.
Late Saturday night, Bancroft OPP responded to a crash involving an ATV on Chemaushgon Road. When Officers arrived, the driver was trying to get his tipped over ATV back on all four wheels.
After speaking with the driver, Officers determined he had been drinking. They charged 45 year old Joseph Herron of Faraday Township with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle, fail to comply with probation order, driving with more than 80mgs of Alcohol in blood and driving while under suspension.
Herron’s drivers license has been suspended for 90 days and he had his ATV impounded for seven days.
