A 31 year-old woman, whose car was found in a ditch, has been charged with impaired. Peterborough County OPP responded to a call about a car in the ditch along the Stewart Line around 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Officers determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol. She is charged with care and control of a vehicle while impaired and care and control of a vehicle with a blood/alcohol level over 80 and will appear in court in March.
