A three year-old boy is in the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, in Ottawa, after a serious two car crash early yesterday morning. Frontenac OPP responded to the crash on Rutledge Road. The child was taken first to Kingston hospital, but was moved to Ottawa. He is suffering a head wound. Police are continuing their investigation.
