A 35 year-old man is dead as a result of a collision on Highway 7 early Wednesday morning. Police say that a Honda travelling east slid into the path of a Dodge Caravan, just east of Havelock. Two other vehicles were also involved in the crash. The driver of the Honda died from his injuries on the way to hospital. No one else was apparently injured. Highway 7 was closed to all traffic until 12:30 p.m. while technical teams investigated.
