Buses in North Hastings and some buses in Renfrew County are cancelled today.
This affects students in the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board, Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, and Whitney Public School.
Schools in Renfrew county affected by cancellations are the Madawaska Valley District High School, St. John Bosco Catholic School, Sherwood Public School, Killaloe Public School, St. Andrew’s Catholic School, George Vanier Catholic School and Palmer Rapids Public School as well as a few buses coming going to Pembroke’s Bishop Smith Catholic High School which are routes 834k, 607k, 803k and 603k
Schools will stay open, but it will be up to parents to pick up and drop off their kids.
Buses in Haliburton and Peterborough counties are still running.
