The driver of a vehicle caught speeding in a snowstorm was arrested and charged on Highway 7 Tuesday. City of Kawartha Lakes OPP say the driver had been drinking and was arrested after refusing to provide a breath sample. The vehicle was towed. A 26-year old Springbrook woman faces charges of refusing to give a breath sample and dangerous operation of a vehicle. She has a Lindsay court date of April 23.
