Future chefs in the Quinte region rolled up their sleeves for the annual Junior Iron Chef Competition. Teams from two high schools were chosen to compete at Loyalist College for prizes and rebates on post-secondary tuition. This event was hosted and judged by second-year culinary students. The college’s annual Iron Accountant Competition, now in its third year, is also happening on March 10.
