The Peterborough Lakers lacrosse team played at home last night against the Oakville Rock, with a game that was very physical with lots of penalties. The Lakers came out on top winning by a score of 8 – 5. The team is undefeated this season at 4-0. Corey Vitarelli had a fabulous night scoring two goals, bringing his career total to 200 points and earning him player of the game. The Lakers once again face the Rock in Oakville on Monday. Their next home game is next Thursday where they’ll host the Six Nations Chiefs.
