Next month’s A Place For The Arts ANNEX exhibition will show off more than one artist’s work.
The gallery’s new exhibit will showcase five different artists from the organization throughout the month of November. The show, called “The Highlands en Plein Air ” will feature artists John Christie, Kathy Haycock, Keith Thurgood, Jane Hall and Manuela Scmidlechner.
Artist John Christie says each artist brings their own style, but all of which have been painted outdoors. Christie says this creates some unique challenges, but results in the paintings being more alive and vibrant.
A meet-the-artists event will be held on November 6th from 11 AM until 4 PM. Admission to the gallery is free, and everyone is welcome.
