An organization that helps people get around is celebrating a move of its own.
Bancroft Community Transit is hosting an Open House on Tuesday, June 27 to show off its new location at 24 Flint Ave.
It starts with a ribbon cutting at noon and continues until 3 p.m.
BCT recently moved to Flint Avenue from a location on Station Street. The new home includes space for its Charcuterie Studio. BCT sells charcuterie boards to raise proceeds to help with costs.
The location is also home to the Alzheimer Society’s North Hastings office. It’s also welcoming guests as part of the open house.
